The Japanese navy's WWII sea-plane fighter "Kyofu" converts to the land-based "Shiden" with the removal of the floats, which also reduces the weight on its already light structure. Featuring the mid-wing design of the original fighter, this pre-assembled model has been recreated in incredible detail, down to it's characteristic large fillets. The mainly balsa structure is immaculately covered in printed film for a lightweight finish that promises nimble flight control. While a 400-class motor can provide plenty of power for its handy size, an optional Lithium Polymer battery and brushless motor will recreate the dynamic fighting spirit and maneuverability of the original. Simply join the main wing halves, attach the tail wing, and install the radio system to complete assembly. Either as a stunning display or a flying model, the beautiful workmanship and quality will bring great pride and satisfaction to every owner.
