Designed with an extended shaft through a narrow nose, the large horsepower engine produced speed and power that thundered over the skies of WWII. Although not many were produced for the Japanese Navy, its interceptor design gives it unique appeal as an R/C model airplane. With the characteristic fat fuselage produced in FRP, the subtle double-curves expertly recreate the special form of the Thunderbolt (Raiden in Japanese). The printed film covering provides the detailed finish to this pre-assembled model so only a short time is required to put the finishing touches to the Raiden Thunderbolt's excellent workmanship. Slightly larger than other Prima Classe EP400 series WWII fighter models, a motor from the next class up recreates the speed and flight of a true fighter. Experience excellent flying performance with the beautifully finished scale form of the Raiden Thunderbolt.
