Deployed by the Japan Air Self-Defense Force, the F-2 is the Japanese-made jet fighter, based on a redesign of the F-16. The F-2 joins the Prima Classe series with its unique camouflage and typical high degree of pre-assembly. The complicated curvature of the blended wing-body and fuselage are accurately reproduced in FRP while the main and tail wings are made from lightweight balsa.
